Q: When can I expect my order? 

A: We ship orders out anywhere between 1-3 days. If you need your order quickly, please note it in your order, and also choose the fastest shipping available at checkout. That's the best way to get it to you in a hurry.

Need it rushed? Shoot us an email at info@thefestivefarmco.com and we can send you an invoice to overnight your order. 

Q: Are your products made in America?

A: How and where our products are made is extremely important to us. 95% of our products are made here in the United States of America. The remaining 5% that are not made in the states are ethically sourced abroad, creating job security for women in need.

Q: Why did you change your ornaments to wood?

A: We care immensely about our customers' experience with our products, from everything to price, packaging, and longevity/care. Recycled metal has a tendency to rust if not cared for correctly. So with that in mind, we began to seek out an alternate material...one that is still sustainable and earth friendly, un-breakable for little hands, and that represented the very feel of our mission. Meaningful gifts, inspired by nature and created with heart. We hope you love the change as much as we do!


Q: Do you wholesale your products?

A: Not currently! But this is for sure something we aim to do in the future. 


Q: Do you participate in charitable events/donations?

A: Our passion is not only giving, but giving BACK. So it has always been a part of our mission to bless people and bring joy to their hearts whenever possible. If you have a charity or cause you'd like us to be a part of, email info@thefestivefarmco.com and we’ll see what we can do to help!


Q: I have one of the your original metal ornaments. How do I care for it?

Q: Is there a way to include a message with my gift?

A: Absolutely! We actually encourage you to include a note if you are sending directly to the gift recipient so that they know who it’s from. When you add an item to your cart (before clicking on “Checkout”), there is a text box in the bottom left-hand side of the screen that is labeled “Special Instructions.”  In this box you can type in a special message for the recipient. Don't forget to sign your name! 


Q: Do you offer discount codes?

You bet we do! Your best bet to stay in the loop on discounts is to sign up for our newsletter (at the bottom of our website). You can also follow our Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest pages so you don't miss our special offers!


Q: Is it possible to purchase a gift box and another item (such as an ornament) and have the item placed in the box to ship to the recipient?

A: You absolutely can. If you are shipping directly to the gift recipient, simply put a note in the order that you’d like the extra item inside the gift box. When you add an item to your cart (before clicking on “Checkout”), there is a text box in the bottom left-hand side of the screen that is labeled “Special Instructions.”


Q: How can I track the shipping on my order?

A: Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Click “View your order” to access tracking information.
