This is hard for me to say...

This year has been a tough one for our little business. We’ve had so many people online stealing our original products, claiming them as their own, and in the process…taking so much of our sales with them.

It’s been disheartening to say the least. Not only that, we get RETURNS from those companies sent to us (because their quality is not the same). And we have to explain to the customers that these cheap knockoffs are not from our company. The other sellers are, in fact, posing as The Festive Farm Co.

Regardless, we are still here fighting. Because we believe in what we do. We KNOW that these designs and words came straight from our hearts. And they can never steal THAT from us.

They can never steal our mission. They can never steal our dedication and customer service. They can never steal the SOUL of The Festive Farm Co.

And we want to say THANK YOU to our loyal customers. You keep us in business by sending love and care to those you love. And we are grateful.

We appreciate you buying straight from us, the artists and artisans, who created these very personal stories and ornaments. They are more to us than just products. And you are more to us than just customers.
